I was thrilled to be invited to write two page article on Working With Sales Representatives for the August issue of Aesthetics Journal. I spent many years as a sales rep and noticed that the most successful clinics took on board help and advice from their reps, creating a mutually-beneficial two-way partnership. The sales rep would benefit from repeat sales, referrals and a sense of pride, and the customer would benefit from techniques and ideas that would help accelerate their ROI and also be invited to events or ask to be a speaker for the company the sale rep worked for.
