Learn key skills and techniques that will help you excel in your role, despite the challenges of increasing targets, shrinking territories and economic pressures. This customisable video call pulls on over 20+ years in field sales (12 in aesthetic devices) & will help you hit targets and reduce stress.
The Retainer Package.
Sign up for a monthly business retainer for help, advice and guidance specific to your company's needs. You have the option to package in and incorporate on-site sales training for your team within a Retainer, and/or customer-facing workshops or smaller events or dinners. The Retainer is designed to suit your needs and your budget.
Sales Training Package.
The Aesthetic Consultant specialises in a consultative selling style, having developed these skills both in and outside of the aesthetic industry. This approach builds trust, develops relationships and leads to up-selling, referrals and repeat business. The Sales Training Package consists of 1 or 2 separate on-site training sessions for your team to develop their selling skills and drive sales. Receive pre- and post-training questionnaires to monitor progress, accompanying reference materials and a 4 week follow up where you team can reach out for help.
Workshop Design Package.
You and your team are busy with the day job, so hand over any customer-facing workshops to The Aesthetic Consultant. Experienced at designing training or product/device showcase workshops, relax as the event-management of your workshop is done for you. Any venues, invitations or catering is sourced and discounted rates negotiated on your behalf. A running order is designed and The Aesthetic Consultant will also attend on the day to ensure the smooth-running success of your workshop.
Small Event Management Package.
If you're not in the market for a larger launch event, promote your business and impress customers by hosting a smaller event such as a brunch, lunch or dinner. Whether you want something unique that impresses the guests, something classic or something with the wow factor, The Aesthetic Consultant will source a venue, oversee menus and staffing, invitations, flowers and attend to ensure everything runs like a dream. This style of smaller event can be designed as a thank you to your best customers, as a way to onboard new customers, or even as a special KOL-focused event.
Product Launch Package.

KOL Selection & Training.
If you're looking to select Speakers, Ambassadors or Key Opinion Leaders for your brand but you're not sure what to look for, the KOL Selection & Training Package is for you. Not only will you receive help with the selection process, but you will also receive one-to-one coaching for your chosen ambassador or speaker to get them up to speed and confident presenting in front of people. This is essential when you have a KOL who is quite new to speaking or has the reputation or knowledge but perhaps can't quite engage an audience. Assistance will also be given with presentation design.
